Born and raised in Berlin, Anne Müller is an acclaimed composer-cellist focussed on novel approaches to classical instrumentation. A profound believer in the power of artistic collaboration, Anne has worked with a wide variety of artists, including Nils Frahm and Agnes Obel. Her catalog, which includes her debit album Heliopause, has been licensed on campaigns for the likes of; Aesop, Dolce & Gabanna, Suntory Whisky and Volvo.

Anne has performed on a number of film scores, including Nils Frahm’s score for Victoria, and her music has been heard across numerous dance pieces, commercials and films. In 2021, Anne scored Ruth Platt’s horror feature Martyr’s Lane. Since then she’s gone on to score an episode of the long-running German series Polizeiruf 110, scored two documentaries and collaborated with Ursula Macfarlane on the feature documentary My Brain: After The Rupture which broadcast on the BBC in 2025.
